Carrot Pakoda

Ingredients

  • Carrots big size-2
  • Gram flour-1 cup
  • Chilli powder-2 tsp
  • Perum jeera or sombu -2tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Method

  • Grate the carrot using the grater.
  • Sprinkle the the gram flour onto it and mix them without adding any water.
  • Add the chilli powder, perum jeera and salt to it.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and sprinkle the mixture in the oil and fry well.
